Close-miked and DI tracks can sound like they were recorded nowhere. The Parlour plays your track back into one of three studio rooms, from a small booth to a big stage, and records it again with three pairs of room mics. Move each pair closer or further away, set its width and pan, and blend them like you would at the desk.
The rooms aren't recordings: their sound is calculated from each room's size, surfaces and the mics' patterns and positions. You see the room you're in, with each mic stand standing where you've put it. Drag a stand in the picture to move it.
A small booth, a mid-size studio and a large stage, each with its own size, surfaces and character.
A ribbon pair, a valve pair and an omni pair, each with distance, width, pan, level, mute, solo and polarity.
Replace the track with the room sound, or blend the room in with Mix, on an insert or an aux.
Play the track from one speaker, or from two so a stereo track keeps its spread.
Keeps the room in time with the dry track, or turn it off to hear the natural delay of a big room.
A fully parametric three-band EQ with low and high cut, and a valve leveller, with VU and gain-reduction meters.
